The Western Caribbean is ready, countries are issuing warnings and watches; preparing to endure Ernesto's extreme conditions. Mexico; the southern part of the Yucatan Peninsula, has a Hurricane Warning. Ernesto is going to ease right into that area. Belize has a Hurricane Watch, as Ernesto could maneuver into that area.
